Midwest Construction to supply and install a complete steel roof on the property. Color is Black. Supply and install house wrap, air infiltration tape around all windows and doors. Supply and install pro fold insulation to the entire home and tape all the seams. Supply and install insulated vinyl siding system to the whole house. Midwest Construction to only use factory approved materials such as J channel, utility trim, light blocks and Mini mounts.
Custom build and install five white double hung windows into existing jambs, sills, headers and woodwork. finish inside and cap exterior with vinyl fused aluminum. Clean up all construction debris when job is complete. Issue warranty upon completion.
