Winners will be notified by mail. Official Rules – No Purchase Necessary – Need not be present to win.
1. To enter, complete the entry form.
You may obtain an official entry form by writing Midwest Construction & Supply Inc., 2021-SE 44th Court, Grimes, Iowa 50111-4931. The giveaway entry period begins January 1, 2025, and ends on December 31, 2025. All entries must be sent separately and received by December 31, 2025.
2. The MWC VIP CLUB consists of several thematic presentations.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received (approximately 1 in 1,000) during the entry period. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions of entries will be permitted. Limit of one entry per envelope and one entry per household or individual. All entries become the property of Midwest Construction & Supply, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, postage-due mail, or stolen entries.
3. Each of the winners will receive one $100.00. Each prize has an approximate retail value of $100.00
4. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed.
Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prizes. Winners are responsible for any tax liability and any other consequences of winning. Winners must take delivery of the prize within one year of being notified by Sponsor. In the event the winner has purchased a Sponsor product or products that is part of their prize between 1/01/25 and 12/31/25, such a prize winner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or products. Winner may be required to verify address/home ownership or complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
5. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void.
Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems that may limit or affect a person’s ability to participate. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. ANY ATTEMPT DELIBERATELY TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
6. By completing this form and returning it to Sponsor, you have authorized Sponsor to make marketing calls, emails, or to mail correspond to you. SMS (MSG & Data rates may apply) These communications may include the use of auto-dialers or prerecorded messages.
Sponsor will not share or sell your name, telephone number, address, or email address with any other firms or organizations. By completing this form and returning it to Sponsor you also understand you are not required to give this authorization as a condition of doing business with Sponsor. You may opt out of receiving such communications as set forth below or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in emails).
7. By winning/accepting this prize you give us permission to use your name, photograph, and likenesses for marketing or promotional purposes on marketing materials, websites and/or TV commercials without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
8. For a list of winners (available January 1, 2026), send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by January 31, 2025 to: Midwest Construction & Supply Inc., 2021-SE 44th Court, Grimes, Iowa 50111-4931.
9. Participants may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications at any time.
